launched MCPartners because their
experience of recruitment industry practices left them feeling
deeply
frustrated - yet positively inspired.
Frustrated, because they felt that many recruitment processes lacked direction, accuracy and efficiency. Inspired, because they were certain they could offer clients and candidates services with far more focus, integrity and quality - with enhanced results.
The goal was to differentiate by quality of service. The
strategy was (and still
is) simple:

- Design effective processes - and stick to them
