MCPartners has invested heavily in new IT systems over the last year to streamline our processes and equip our consultants with the best tools to deliver a top quality service. Requirements for the new systems were specified in parallel with a major project to enhance our best practice recruitment process: the MCPartners Way.

The MCPartners Way defines the lifecycle of tasks, work flows and responsibilities for matching the right candidate with the right role each every time, quickly and efficiently. It defines our service standards from development of the role spec through candidate selection and matching, to pre-employment checks and settling
in support.

After a thorough market analysis we adopted the RDB ProNet recruitment system from First Choice Software Ltd as it offers the functionality and scalability we need to support our growth strategy. We took our time to customise the standard RDB ProNet product to mirror the MCPartners Way to ensure that our recruitment precision and service quality were built in to the process.

Implementation was supported by thorough hands-on training backed up by comprehensive user guides that link operation of
the system with application of the MCPartners Way. 

The result is a smoother and faster recruitment process throughout which everyone is clear about their role and there is a higher and more consistent level of communication, meaning that we deliver
a better service to clients, candidates and contractors. We will continue to fine tune the software as we identify ways of improving our performance.
