Interview process

If you interview with us, it is a highly selective process.

There are six stages in our recruitment process, each exploring different aspects of your skills, experience and personality.  It's a process designed for us to identify and select the very best people.

We operate a competency-based interview approach and seek to find out about you as a person.  It's not all about previous billing success, it's crucial that there is a good cultural fit with the business. 

  • Screening Interview - you meet with our HR Manager to discuss your overall suitability, track record, background, motivations and the role at a high level
  • Interview 1 - an in-depth interview with a member of our interview panel when we will be investigating your  ideology and personal approach to the recruitment process
  • Interview 2  - a detailed interview with a member of our interview panel where the focus will be on your tenacity and influencing skills
  • Interview 3 - a member of our interview panel will investigate your personality, values and your overall fit for our culture
  • Final Stage - presentation to our interview panel comprising directors, principle and senior consultants

Each of the interview stages includes a short role-play exercise. Throughout the recruitment process we expect you to show how you would positively differentiate yourself from the others and be able to answer our questions in a clear and specific manner.
