Consultant/Senior Consultant - Contract Risk Change Insurance

The Role

MC Partners is looking for a Consultant/Senior Consultant to expand our operations in the contract Risk Change Insurance market.  We have a strong portfolio of clients within FS who are recruiting and this role provides an excellent opportunity to build a lucrative book of contractors.

The positions we source are typically in the £450 - £1,000 per day range and the role should deliver £300k plus in revenue.  We have an excellent reputation within the Risk Change marketplace, with strong client and candidate networks.

The ideal candidate will have: 

  • a minimum of 18 month's recruitment experience, ideally in the insurance/banking/financial services sector
  • Risk/Change Management experience (preferably)
  • experience of developing new business via lead generation is essential
  • expertise in building relationships and closing business with blue chip clients and SME's
  • ability to track talent and headhunt
  • a proven track record of nurturing and maintaining excellent working relationships with both clients and candidates.

They will also possess the following characteristics:

  • professional and articulate, a natural communicator with strong relationship building skills
  • excellent interpersonal skills, customer orientated with an outgoing personality
  • strong attention to detail whilst multitasking and working under pressure
  • a self starter with resilience and good time management
  • competitive and a team player.
