MCPartners is always on the lookout for quality candidates who we can put forward to our prestigious banking and financial services clients.  We recognise the value of contacts, so if you know someone who might be interested in a role we have available or is looking to move, whether they are interested in permanent or contract roles, recommend them to us, and if we place them we will pay you a referral reward.

Simply complete the online referral form and for each of your candidates that we place we will reward you with £250 of Selfridges/John Lewis vouchers.  There is no restriction on the number of people you can refer.

Payment of the referral reward is subject to:

• you providing us with the name, mobile phone number and personal  e-mail address of the candidate, with their permission
• the candidate not being known to us or on our database
• us placing them within six months of your introduction
• the candidate remaining in post for a minimum of three months and MC Partners not being liable to repay any part of our placement fee or to source a replacement candidate.

That's all there is to it.  We will acknowledge your referral and let you know when we place the candidate.  We will send your Selfridges/John Lewis vouchers when the person you referred has been in post for three months.
