• an agency when recruiting for permanent positions or fixed-term assignments direct with MC Partners’ clients; and



• an employment business when recruiting for temporary assignments where services will be supplied to MC Partners’ clients via MC Partners.

MC Partners will be bound by applicable terms of the Employment Agencies Act 1973 and the Conduct Regulations, unless you provide services via a company and you and your company have agreed to opt out of the application of the Conduct Regulations and/or you and your company do not act for and under the control of MC Partners’ client(s) when providing services via MC Partners.

MC Partners is the trading name of MC Partners Ltd (company no. 04513719).MC Partners Ltd is registered as a data controller under the Data Protection Act 1998 under registration number Z9194136.

INFORMATION THAT MC PARTNERS COLLECTS FROM YOU:

When you register on this Website you will be asked to provide certain information about yourself. Please ensure that all information supplied to MC Partners (including in any curriculum vitae or other application documentation) is accurate and up-to-date and inform MC Partners of any changes to information you have supplied as soon as is reasonably possible in order for MC Partners to maintain the accuracy of information held on you. MC Partners may also collect information about your usage of this Website as well as information about you from messages you post to this Website, e-mails, e-mail attachments or letters you send to MC Partners, interviews and telephone calls.

• if you are a work-seeker, MC Partners' clients, other potential employers or engagers, other recruitment companies or intermediaries involved in managing the supply of personnel to hirers, and/or to other companies in the same group as MC Partners; or



• if you are a client or potential client, to potential candidates.

If MC Partners enters into a joint venture with, is sold to or merged with another business entity, your information may be disclosed to MC Partners' new, or potential, business partners or owners. By providing MC Partners with your information, you consent to MC Partners disclosing your information to its new, or potential, business partners or owners if one of these situations arises.

MC Partners may disclose or transfer your information to countries outside the European Economic Area ("EEA") if, for example, you wish to be considered for a vacancy outside the EEA. By submitting an application for a position or assignment outside the EEA or by indicating that you would like hirers outside the EEA to view your details, you consent to MC Partners disclosing your information to that hirer, or those hirers, outside the EEA.

Unless required or permitted to do so by law, MC Partners will not otherwise share, sell or distribute any of the information you provide to MC Partners without your consent.
